In 80* heat, helium balloons can expand or pop. When inside, the helium constricts, and mylar or foil balloons, shrink a bit. Please get balloons indoors as quick as possible, to minimize the weather or temperature effects.

FYI Please note we have been in a helium crisis shortage as well, for the past year or so. Helium is a natural inert gas. Helium could possibly will run out by 2030, unless another source is found, we are told from suppliers.
